For example, did you know a bankruptcy does not have to remain on your credit report for 7 or 10 years, as the credit bureaus will often tell you. The seven or ten year figure is the maximum not the minimum, so if you have satisfied the bankruptcy, you should let us remove it from your credit report and remove the negative effect on your credit score. (GFE). This important document is to be provided to you within three days of the beginning
of the application process. Bankers, Mortgage Brokers and Originators are all required to provide you
one within three days of taking an application or finding property. The explanation of the amounts
